What have I gotten myself into

I'm always fascinated with how shows are produced. I volunteer for sound at church on Sundays as well as other events. This year my wife and me signed up for our annual musical, which is a huge Broadway-eque production with nine shows over the next two weeks.

We had our first full practice last night. I'm backstage running the mike table where we wire up the right talent the right mike at the right time. Somewhat complicated with about 40 actors and only 12 mikes My wife is in the choir.
