You could make a super intense rave room with some of those textures.

Oh man. Just played a 3 on 3 on co_pr0n. Good times.... I spent more time dying, or staring at the shrimp poster than killing marines! Hehehehe

I lurve the breaking blocks!!!

Excellent. My goal to take over the universe is nearly complete then! Bwa ha ha ha!

I may as well note that I've been making a pile of updates to it. I'm doing lots of nice complicated geometry, since the textures are only 16x16 squares of colour, all the detail is in the brushwork. So far, it looks a lot better.

Progress has slowed down considerably though the last couple weeks because I'm working 13-14 hours a day. And weekends have consisted of fishing and yardwork (new lawn and sidewalk in front yard of our house.) But when I get back to UNBC in september I should have something ready! After I finish up Pron, I'll probably get back into Nadir and give it the ol'update-a-rooney. Plus I've been throwing ideas together for another map again...

nice work mr D !
God does not play dice with the universe; He plays an ineffable game of his own devising, which might be compared, from the perspective of any of the other players, to being involved in an obscure and complex version of poker in a pitch dark room, with blank cards, for infinite stakes, with a dealer who won't tell you the rules, and who smiles all the time.

AHL eh? I've never played that... but tell ya what, I'll try to throw a compile together for that one perhaps after I release the next version for NS. Most of the entity work is generic half-life stuff, so I imagine it won't be hard. I'll look into it. Oooooh... can people fly in this game? Cuz if not a WHOLE area is lost! :D

I should say, really, that version 2 is pretty well done and it's much better looking in places and includes extra crap. The layout is relatively unchanged. Sadly though, I haven't been able to play an actual factual game of either of my maps. (Me and gimp messed around on it, but that was about it.) When my connection opens up I should be ready to release new versions of both.

Actually no, no flying in AHL, but you can't fly in NS for the first few levels and its still loleriffic. I believe I can do the conversion myself, using ripent, if you don't mind.

Oh and Florp, thats why you take out the 50c :D

Fly at'er if ya want Sancho! I have no idea what entities are compatible with AHL, but I think the trigger_mp3 and the particle systems are likely not. If you can get it going and it seems to work good, I'll make an "official" version with my next version! Have fun!

*Ahem.*
Bumpity bump bump. Another version awaits testing. If someone could run it and let me know if I included all the files and it works that'd be just pancakes with syrup and peanut butter! Err... great!
