New, functional spit makes me giddy!

Changes to docking look nice. That map still has a ways to go, but it's growing on me.

The bugs from the "beta" 236 release made it though... namely, environment sounds have much sharper on/off as you walk toward/away from them. And the "low quality" infestation looks terrible now.

Things to note:

There is now an auto-kick for afk's
There is also a built in "surrender" option (though only useable after 5 minutes...)
Comm ejection requires 50% of the team instead of 30%

Now they just need to add reserve slots, and we can get rid of DAK

Side note, a 237 hotfix patch is going to be dropping today as well.
