I'm now further excited about this update! I am however apprehensive about the gorge tunnels, considering marines can use them too. Sounds like a shooting gallery for marines. It seems like the entrance should be covered with copious amounts of whips. This also sounds like a fine griefing opportunity as well.

True, but you could say roughly the same about aliens having greatly increased mobility from using the vents on each map.

I'm really curious to see how these tunnels work out. It would be nice if it allowed alien comms in pub games to NOT go Shift Hive first (less games of doing celerity asap and dropping shifts all over the map to establish map control right away). I think it'll offer a lot of potential for turnarounds.

As a side note, the graphic updates look amazing!
