Well, there are a lot of different ways you can interpret it, for sure. My personal bet is DELETED DUE TO HORRIFIC SPOILERS.

They were in the Matrix the whole time?!

Seriously, though, it's the best movie I've seen in a long time and the only movie since Fellowship that I saw in the theatre twice. Much like Dark Knight it was a borderline perfect movie all around.
